This was our first time at a B&B and our first time in Jefferson. It was very clean and breakfast was great! We were able to walk to downtown from the house and had a great time

The historic feel and visuals to the property are very welcoming. The ease of the parking allows for direct access to the main entry. Room was prepped well, clean and provided all amenities you would need during the stay. Our time there was quiet and uninterrupted which is a perfect disconnect from everyday grind. The freshly made breakfast along with the morning drink of your choice truly was delicious! As a married couple looking for that small town comfort and excellent accommodations…we highly recommend White Oak Manner.

Breakfast was served timely and was delicious. We stayed in the veranda room. The porch off bedroom should have been swept. The pictures on website were from several years ago. The bathroom toilet in the veranda room took forever to stop running after each flush.

Spent a long weekend with my wife and had a fabulous time. The White Oak Inn is a couple of blocks from the main town and all the shops and restaurants. David was a great host. Our room was great and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend.

A must go
The building, the room, the owners of White Oak, all were amazing. Clean, comfortable, friendly. I don't always feel as cozy when away as I do when I'm in the comfort of my own home. But honestly, I could have spent all day in the room. It was so pleasant. The small town of Jefferson was also fantastic and pleasant and with Caddo Lake SP near by, we had everything we could have needed for a weekend getaway.

A quiet beautiful stay
This is an awesome place to stay. It was quiet enough that we heard the floor creak walking. The best feeling in an old house. We were able to come and go as we needed without disturbing anyone. David cooked an awesome breakfast, though it was too large for me to finish. I would recommend for anyone living the charm of older country living.

Great service
Everything was well kept and very clean. Every need was met, with some extras. I recommend staying at this place to everyone. Oh and the breakfast was to die for. Yum

White Oak Manor is a beautiful place! Check-in was easy and convenient, and it is in a great location! Our room, the Roses Room, was awesome, and the breakfast was absolutely decadent! We would highly recommend this lovely home to anyone!

The people and place a great. The breakfast was SOOOO good. I always am concerned if my husband and I are going to like it. We Loved it. The conversation was good. The place does not have so many knick knacks that you are scared to walk around. It is in a good location and you can hardly hear the train at all.

Run down rooms and exterior. No thermostat in room. Room too warm. Heard train horns all night long. Small bathroom. Tub/shower didn’t drain. No one there upon arrival. Had to figure out where room was and how to work key code.

We are sorry that you had a bad stay with us. Yes the rooms do not have individual controls, it is an old home. This time of year when the weather changes dramatically, we try to keep the temp. control comfortable for everyone. Train sounds, we can not control. The bathtub is a clawfoot tub that has been restored and yes they are not totally smooth and or level. We did check the drainage and it had drained completely. While we were not there when you arrived we do give every guest a map to the room location and clear instructions for the door locks and a phone number to call if you need help and we will be right there to help.

The owners David and Tammy were very friendly. This was my husband's first time at a Bed & Breakfast and my second and we have never been served breakfast breakfast by the owners every morning and the food was wonderful. The quaintness of the inn was so unique. We will definetely go back and recommend the White Oak Manor to anyone and everyone. Great place to stay!!!

We had a quick, but lovely one-night stay. The building has the nostalgia you want, but has been well kept over the years. The breakfast was delicious and having it brought to our room was even better! You're 2 minutes from down town - the shops & eats - you could even walk if you'd like. We'll be back!

This B&B is an historic home conversion. It's simply beautiful - decorated for the time period and absolutely lovely. very quiet and peaceful. I had a perfect stay.
