"The property was nice, clean and we loved the room we stayed in. Only issues was I had to call multiple times for a steamer and it took the staff 3 hours to bring one and it didn’t even work. Less parking than rooms available. So you have to park outside the gate, if you don’t beat everyone back to the property for a spot. Otherwise I enjoyed my time there and will stay there again, next time I visit New Orleans."

"No water in the bath so no shower for anyone. When reported, nothing was done. Not the usual Hilton experience."

"Honestly, you get what you pay for. It was worth it for one night but wouldn’t stay for an extended period of time. The outside was not renovated but the rooms were decent enough. "

"Needs to be remodeled badly!! The bathroom looks like it’s still the same one they’ve had since the hotel was built. Just look at the pictures… also when I checked in I wasn’t asked for my ID or anything. I told them I had a reservation and gave my name and they gave me my key. I got up to my room with no problem and was ok with the room but liked in the bathroom and was just disgusted. Also the fridge didn’t work so no use in bringing back left overs. Just stayed one night and would never book again."

"This was by far the worse stay I HAVE EVER HAD. Below are some of my issues. These after spending most of the day helping my daughter move out of her college apartment. Got to hotel late that evening around 10 pm. Checked in and went to the room. Disinfected like normal. Turned pillow over to spray and a bug is crawling on the back of the pillow. Went to front desk complained. And was given another horrible room. First the ac unit was unusually loud and made a knocking sound. Second, flying insects in bathroom. Not mosquitoes but small insects (2) that look like a microscopic bat. Didn't report because afraid would be given an even worse room. This place is not worth staying. Run Run Run. If we were not sooo tired, we would have definitely gone somewhere else. Of course we slept with one eye open. Out of there first thing in the morning. NEVER, NEVER AGAIN!!!"
