"The staff was amazing, the room was great. The website says there's an airport shuttle - which I was told was WRONG when I called to ask for timing. That was a little off-putting, since I chose the hotel in part for that shuttle. But everything else was tip-top, and I'm happy to have chosen SpringHill Suites anyway. "

"All the staff were absolutely great. First time in many years that the mattress hasn't killed my back ( slept like a baby ). Be sure to set an alarm , so as not to miss the breakfast buffet. Can't think of anything to complain about. Whole family agrees that we should stay there again on our next visit to Charleston. "
