부모님 모시고 간 호캉스였는데 너무 좋았습니다! 내부 시설도 고급스럽고 깨끗하고, 인도어 스파와 수영장도 8살 아들과 놀기 딱 좋았어요! 그랜드 패밀리 스위트 방2개 다 널찍하고 편히 쉬다 갑니다. 서비스도 별 다섯개!!!

Property architecture is stunning and design of the rooms is really nice. However service is terrible (no room service, tv not working, room barely cleaned/ beds not properly made daily, i was asked to go downstairs to pick up a bottle of water becauae itbwas after 10pm, etc.) Food is terrible as well and really expensice. Issue is compounded by the fact that the property is quite secluded.

Great stay
Really enjoyed every minute of this place. Clean and trendy. Loved the indoor pool and spa. One thing that needs improvement is the breakfast buffet. Not much options, and some food like bacon were served cold. Anyways, i will definately stay again! :)

Overall excellent, minus the food
Very relaxing and beautiful one. Love the fact that it’s never that crowded. Staffs are welcoming and helpful. Rooms are decent too. The only improvement to be made is food — especially the European cuisine they have. I understand the concept that everything is organic and what not, but that doesn’t necessarily mean it has to be bland. Would be lovely to see some improvements in foods in the future, as that restaurant food is the only food option for hotel guests – as it’s in the middle of nowhere.

Everything was exceptionally good except the yoga
Everything about the room, pool, sauna, service, breakfast, the resort itself was good. We stayed two nights and did one yoga class and it was weird. The instructor talked about herself more than we actually doing the yoga. Breakfast didn't offer many menus BUT everything was clean and delicious, which I prefer. We would def. go again, but I hope to get a different yoga instructor.

It is needed to improve their service except the wellness programs. It was really disappointed for the facilities and the staff’s attitude to serve for their customers. At first, you’ll face to an angry staff when you check-in at the hotel. I think it tells everything. Many staffs’ service attitude was poor during my stay. The outdoor pool is suitable for children because of the shallow depth of water but the indoor pool is also small to swim. Only one thing, the wellness programs was satisfactory.

한기가 느껴지는 객실온도
예전엔 객실이 상당히 훈훈해서 퇴실 할 때 개운했는데, 이번엔 호텔측이 에너지를 많이 절감하려는지 최고온도셋팅이 27도로 되어있었는데 엄청 한기를 느껴서 코감기 두 명다 걸려서 왔음. 예전의 온기같은건 못느끼겠고, 마치 연수원 온 느낌! 무슨 극기훈련 온 것도 아니고.., 호텔측의 에너지절감 목적이었는지 몰라도 대실망. 한식은 먹을만 했지만, 문제는 와인을 시키면 상당한 시간이 소요되서 인내심을 요함과 동시에 두 병을 마실 계획이면 최소 20분 전엔 주문해야 흐름이 끊기지 않는다. 글구 프론트 여직원의 융통성없는 상투적 말투는 기분을 상하게 한다. 마치 공짜 여행 온 느낌들게 객실배정에 빡빡하다. 평일에 주차장에 자동차도 얼마 없던데 빈방 없다는 말이 좀 이해불가. 예전이 훨씬 좋았던 기억이 있다. 예전의 반이라도 좀 따라갔으면 좋겠다!

차분하고 완벽한 하루
결혼 1주년 기념 차분하게 하루를 보내고 싶어 파크로쉬에 묵었는데 훌륭한 선택이었습니다 친절한 체크인데스크부터 기분 좋게 시작하여 맛있는 조식, 야외자쿠지, 사우나, 레스토랑, 바(현재 술을 못마시는 상태라고 말씀드렸더니 메뉴엔 없지만 논알콜 만들어주셔서 감사했어요), 라운지, 글래스하우스, 모닥불 등등 매우 만족스러운 스테이였습니다. 침구도 좋아서 베개도 따로 구매했습니다. 다만 아쉬웠던건 욕조 청소 상태가 별로여서 한번 딖아야 했던 것 그 외에는 다 좋아서 나중에 부모님 모시고도 또 오고 싶어요

조용한 힐링여행으로 추천해요
일단 숙소가 너무 깨끗하고 전체적으로 조용하고 아무것도 방해받고 싶지 않을때 힐링여행으로 딱이에요!! 리조트 내에서 잘 쉴수 있는 시설이 너무나 잘되어있고 특히나 리조트 내에 있는 카페에서 피자파스타를 먹을수 있는 점이 좋았어요. 힐링 여행으로 추천합니다.

지역에 어울리지 않는 훌륭한 호텔
편안하게 하루 쉬는데 있어 이 지역에선 비교불가급 편안함을 제공합니다. 단 가족여행에 있어 사우나와 수영장은 17세 이상만 입장 가능하다는 점은 개선할 필요가 있어 보입니다.

숙소는 정말 좋았습니다. 서비스도 친절하셨고요. 그런데 주차장이 너무 협소하며 추운 날씨에 외부 도로 갓길에 주차를 하도록 안내해 주시더라고요. 주차 관리가 좀더 세심하게 되었으면 좋겠습니다.

객실이 모던하고 아늑합니다. 침구도 베개도 푹신하니 좋았어요. 싱크대가 있어서 간단히 먹고 난 컵 등을 비울 수 있어서 편했어요. 전자레인지도 있어서 포장 음식 먹기도 좋습니다. 상위 객실이 아닌데도 긴 소파도 있고 침대도 넓고 꽤 넓어요. 사우나 시설도 잘돼있고, 식당도 깔끔했습니다. 밤에는 모닥불도 펴있어서 낭만을 느끼기 좋았어요. 모든 게 만족스러웠습니다!
