Jeonju Tourist Hotel Kkotsim

10/10 Excellent
"This was a very nice hotel with clean and spacious rooms. The rooftop offered an excellent view of the city and had seating where guests could relax. The hotel was walking distance from main attractions in Jeonju. The staff were very helpful. The free parking was a bit challenging to find at first but was conveniently located below the hotel with the entrance on a side street and could be reached from the rooms directly by elevator. The hotel did not serve breakfast, but there were good and reasonably priced restaurants nearby."

Anook Ryokan Hotel Jeonju

Anook Ryokan Hotel Jeonju

8/10 Good
"Here's a polished version that keeps your balanced and honest tone: I probably would have given this property a higher rating if I hadn't stayed at a very comparable place the night before. Both hotels share a similar concept and are operated through Anook, yet the overall experience felt noticeably different. That said, this was still a solid stay. The private bathtub experience was unique and relaxing, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone passing through the area who is looking for a restful evening and a chance to enjoy a private bath. The floor-level tea table setup was also a nice touchโ€”comfortable, cozy, and something a little different from a typical hotel room. I would rate the overall experience around 4.5 stars. The half-star deduction comes from having to pay extra for amenities that I felt should have been included, as well as some cleanliness issues. The room wasn't dirty by any means, but it didn't feel as polished as it could have beenโ€”I'd say it was about 88% there. Overall, it's absolutely worth trying and offers good value for the experience. I would have no hesitation recommending it to others, and I would certainly consider staying here again if I find myself in the area in the future."
