"The hotel itself is dated- main hallways and such could use an update. The breakfast was ok, however no bacon only sausage- every other day- meats no there daily. Days with no meat it was homefries and scrambled eggs. Yes there's a waffle maker, cereal, oatmeal, and pastries daily."

Right across the street from beautiful Bass River, this family run hotel is one of my favorite places to stay on the Cape. It's not big and fancy, just a pleasant place to stay and reasonably priced. "Glad there was a mini fridge with a small freezer! All went well and the room was small but totally adequate. Only complaint was that the AC/Heater was a bit noisy overnight, but I would stay here again-definitely. "

"Pelham House has done an excellent job of redoing this hotel! From the very comfortable beds to the high end amenities, everything was top notch. The location was great, with quick and easy access to both the Upper and Lower Cape. Thank you!"

"There was no one in the office and the office was locked when I got there. I had to call a number and wait 20 minutes for someone to come check me in. There was a pass code you had to press into the doorknob to unlock the door. The code was the room number three times (room 23, unlock code 232323) and no dead bolt. Poor security. The furniture was old and mismatched and the room smelled very moldy. There was no cable television, you had to use your own logins for streaming apps to watch tv. There was no “do not disturb” sign. Check out was at 11 yet they knocked on my door and woke me up at 8:30. I would never stay there again and I would actively advise others not to either. "

"the shuttle stops running at 10pm which is a drag. Why not midnight. I called. When i arrived in my uber someone else was calling the front desk about the same thing."
