"The apartment was very nice and well situated for local transport . It was an easy walk to shops, museums and to the harbour. We had a lovely stay and would not hesitate to return."
"Beautiful house. Booked a standard room which was very comfortable and a good size. We had a sea view which was amazing. The front gardens are well maintained and the swimming pool is a real bonus. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff very friendly."

"The spa was excellent, i have mobility issues and the pool is down a steep staircase but manageable if you take it carefully. Maggie and Simone gave us fantastic massages and facials and the facilities were great, really relaxing .
The hotel itself was wonderful, location perfect, a bit confusing as to where reception is but apart from that it was perfect. Prosecco on arrival, top notch breakfast, loads of choice and all of the staff are so friendly, Elephantus was so helpful on reception, everything went very smoothly.
The sink in the bathroom was very low, i think it was meant to be disabled friendly but it was more awkward for me , jersey as a whole doesnt have the same disability laws as the uk and is hard to navigate and extremely busy.
Overall the hotel is amazing and i would highly recommend it and all its facilities. "
"Nice big clean bedroom with view over the marina. Comfortable large bed. Some of the furniture needs updating and they need to add USB sockets. Hotel in excellent position overlooking the marina and Elizabeth Castle. "
"The room was wonderful. The food was good and the staff were always helpful, friendly and polite. The bathroom in our room was a little old fashioned and the shower had to be hand held. However, this was not really a problem. Everything else was so good, that honestly, a tiny problem like that was nothing really. Would come again to this lovely hotel."
"The room was sparkling clean , the staff were amazing so helpful nothing too much trouble for them . Breakfast had everything to start the day , so many options. Bus station 2 minute walk across road and shops so close ."
