Stayed with wife and 2 kids aged 11 and 8, hotel is 10 out of 10.. 1st time in NY was the perfect location.. everyone was super helpful and kind... hotel is really nice rooms are just as advertised would absolutely recomend and will stay here if ever back in NYC

Everything was great but was not sure my itinerary showed when I get to the room my balance was around $178. When I got there I had 2 put $300 2 times on my cards. Hopefully that is not was owed. I paid $2100 ahead of time. But other than that everything was great
