"Great communication with Joseph and his team as we neared our arrival time. We were met right away outside and escorted to our room. Instructed on how to use the codes for entry and exit during our stay, and introduced to the housekeeper and shown coffee lounge. Clean rooms, equipped with nespresso coffee machine and variety of water bottles. Very attentive staff, great host. Loved the bottle of wine waiting for us, chocolates with our towels Any time we needed anything the response was quick and efficient. Great location for walking to all our destinations in Jerusalem.
