"Wie der check-in ablaufen sollte, wurde überhaupt nicht mitgeteilt. Nur durch eine Email wurde man informiert, daß die Kurkarte vom Hotel Vierjahreszeiten in Bensersiel verteilt wird. Erhalten habe ich diese nie. Der Schlüssel lag ohne vorherige Information auf der Theke der unbesetzten Rezeption des Hotels und die Adresse stand drauf. Beim Angekommen in der Wohnung fällt der dreckige Boden auf. Im Wohnzimmer waren zwei Klappbetten, wobei bei einem Schrankbett die halbe Holzverkleidung fehlte...
