Havia uma obra/manutençao na área da piscina por vários dias causando barulho, impedindo o nosso descanso. Alem disso não havia privacidade para permanecer na piscina com os trabalhadores ao redor. Realmente o barulho da obra fazia a gente acordar cedo, incomodando bastante.

Sobre o Maly Boutique hotel. Quando cheguei ao hotel, verifiquei que o quarto não estava limpo, existia sujeira na porta do quarto, tinha um pano molhado em cima da privada, o chão estava sujo, tinha um tubo de limpeza, que aparentemente a pessoa deixou e não fez, o colchão apresentava que alguém havia deitado/sentado...lastimável, só entrei no quarto, verifiquei o status e avisei na recepção e fui informado que resolveriam, que era o tempo de jantar..quando voltei estava do mesmo modo...sai do hotel. Ainda fui quetionado sobre o pagamento...colocando em duvidas se paguei pelo a hospedagem...peço o reembolso do valor pago, sendo que nem fiquei na hospedagem, saindo apos verificar o status do local. Agradeco a atenção.

Lençol não foi trocado de um hóspede para outro

Local estranho a noite e muito perigoso. Quarto barulhento. O que mais me chamou a atenção na estadia foi a limpeza do quarto. Ao chegar, me deparei com lençol amassado e sujo, que claramente não tinha sido trocado na troca de hóspedes. Solicitei a troca e me informam que talvez não seria possível pela indisponibilidade de roupas de cama no hotel. Quando voltei da rua a recepcionista informou que tinham trocado e para minha surpresa trocaram apenas a fronha que estava mais suja, as demais não foram trocadas. No lençol da cama tinha uma marca de sangue. Claramente, a recepcionista que me atendeu primeiramente não levou em consideração a minha reclamação. Solicitei ao rapaz da noite um jogo de lençol para que mesma trocasse, ele muito solícito me atendeu. Para piorar, o ar-condicionado ficava em cima da cama e estava pingando. Fiquei no quarto de frente para rua, muito barulhento. Infelizmente só vi as avaliações ao fazer a minha e vi que o problema de lençol sujo é recorrente. Uma pena, porque o hotel é agradável e novo, mas infelizmente a limpeza é essencial pra mim e pecou muito!!!

Poderia receber nota 10. Mas por descuido deixo 9.

Gostei do hotel. Ficaria de novo. Mas o registro do chuveiro estava quebrado e precisava ser encaixado todas vez de tomar banho. Não pedi pra arrumar, pois não queria ter ninguém mexendo no quarto. A manutenção deveria ter feito isso antes de colocar o quarto a disposição. O quarto é pequeno, mas confortável. Tinha piscina privada para nós., mas a água estava turva. Sao pequenos detalhes que poderia receber nos 10. Mas deixo com 9.

Hotel muito bom.

Hotel maravilhoso, no hotel funciona um bistrô das 13 às 22h que é uma ótima opção para comer bem, chef Juliano é atencioso e manda muito bem na cozinha, Recepção sempre atenciosa e preocupada com o bem estar do hóspede, destaque para a cama do hotel, que é simplemente maravilhosa, muito confortável. Recmendo a estadia no lugar.

No geral o hotel e bom, porem teve algumas situações desagradáveis, as taças de água do café da manhã todas lascadas, pouca quantidade, é um dia pegamos uma suja, alguns detalhes, como a ventilação do banheiro, a tampa do vaso, falta de lâmpada no banheiro, creio que falte um cuidado com a manutenção do hotel. Pouca variedade no café da manhã, por ser um hotel, estilo Boutique e o valor razoável creio que poderiam melhorar. Mas no geral foi agradável !

A pousada recém inaugurada, tudo novinho. A decoração linda e bem tropical. Café da manhã delícia, dava para pedir cuscuz paulistinha, queijo grelhado e outras coisas. Oferecem também café da tarde com bolo, bolachas e café. Destaque para as funcionárias Renata e a Grazzi , muito atenciosas
