"I can’t say enough good things about the resort. The staff will go above and beyond for you, they do so many little things without you realising, this is high level hospitality only possible when you are in a smaller hotel. A little example is them knowing when we have gone to breakfast so they can quickly make up the room before we’re back and similar with turndown service. "Every single staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful! Special thanks to Endra and Dwi at the Forest Bar, and Heza at the Unique Rooftop Bar (which has a stunning sunset view). The Chinese restaurant was phenomenal—some of the best food I’ve ever had. I loved chatting with Rai, who always welcomed me with a huge, warm smile. Another young gentleman working there (so sorry I missed his name!) provided true high-end service. By day two, the entire team recognized me and always went out of their way to say hello. Highly recommend!"

"Room are looking outdated and need deep cleaning to upkeep the property and it looks overdue for a paint as well. Unfortunately, there was a weeding over the weekend we visited so few amenities were close like the main pool, and a restaurant as well. However, breakfast buffet, and open restaurants to the public were great. Also, one of the nights the music of the weeding was too loud in our room, and when I addressed this concern with hotel staff, they changed my room to a quieter area. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this property as it’s not a good deal for the price and current status of the property."

"I had a wonderful stay at Infinity8 Bali and would highly recommend it. The service throughout my visit was exceptional, with all staff being attentive, kind, and genuinely helpful. A special thank you to Mr. Folkes, who went above and beyond, especially during Silent Day. Due to my special dietary requirements, he personally arranged for the kitchen to prepare something suitable for me, which was absolutely delicious and greatly appreciated. I also booked a massage, scrub and facial at the hotel spa by Ms. Nungki. She did an excellent job and I felt incredibly relaxed afterwards. During the treatment, I experienced a cramp in my foot, but she noticed immediately and helped resolve it straight away. She suggested a forward bend stretch, which worked amazingly well. Her attentiveness and professionalism made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, the staff truly made my stay memorable. Their warmth, care, and attention to detail made all the difference. I would definitely stay here again. 🌴✨ "
