"We had the one bedroom studio with a private pool which was such great value. The bed was the biggest we had ever slept in and the room so spacious and the private pool area was lovely. Also two other big pools to enjoy, one with a sauna and plunge pool as well. Two on site restaurants with a great selection of food and drinks - the Japanese in particular is delicious. Helpful staff and well kept grounds and all round good vibes. We will definitely stay here again and bring the kids!"

"Everything was great. Property, rooms, location and people. One thing that kind of annoyed me, and it doesn’t change the rating is on multiple occasions while my wife and I were having breakfast, employees would stop by to see if everything was good and if we needed anything. One person in particular, two days in a row stopped by and asked question after question to the point of being irritating. I think she was just trying to do her job but needs to dial it back."

"I had a wonderful stay at Infinity8 Bali and would highly recommend it. The service throughout my visit was exceptional, with all staff being attentive, kind, and genuinely helpful. A special thank you to Mr. Folkes, who went above and beyond, especially during Silent Day. Due to my special dietary requirements, he personally arranged for the kitchen to prepare something suitable for me, which was absolutely delicious and greatly appreciated. I also booked a massage, scrub and facial at the hotel spa by Ms. Nungki. She did an excellent job and I felt incredibly relaxed afterwards. During the treatment, I experienced a cramp in my foot, but she noticed immediately and helped resolve it straight away. She suggested a forward bend stretch, which worked amazingly well. Her attentiveness and professionalism made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, the staff truly made my stay memorable. Their warmth, care, and attention to detail made all the difference. I would definitely stay here again. 🌴✨ "
