We had the one bedroom studio with a private pool which was such great value. The bed was the biggest we had ever slept in and the room so spacious and the private pool area was lovely. Also two other big pools to enjoy, one with a sauna and plunge pool as well. Two on site restaurants with a great selection of food and drinks - the Japanese in particular is delicious. Helpful staff and well kept grounds and all round good vibes. We will definitely stay here again and bring the kids!

This is one of my fav hotel to stay in Bali. it is really close to the airport. The hotel gave me an upgrade to the suite. And it didn't disappoint at all. Spacious, clean, and the staff here are very friendly and nice.

Great hotel and great staff, nothing is too much for them. Stayed here last part of our broader Bali trip (stayed in various areas), this was last part of our trip mainly to do south part of island, relax and proximity to Airport. Close to Jimbaran beach, with scheduled hotel shuttle bus, nice touch. We are vegetarian's, notified them in advance and they did dedicated evening dish choices as part of our package, which was really nice of them. Again great front desk, dining, house keeping and security staff thanks all. Would stay here again as part of broader Bali visit next time.

My friend and I were just staying for one night but really enjoyed our stay. The bed was mahoosiv and very comfortable. The place has 2 lovely pools which we basically had to ourselves and breakfast had lots of choices and really good value for money. My friend even liked their coffee. All staff were super friendly and helpful. The beach is also only 15 minutes walk away.

This was the best hotel I've stayed in in Bali. Beautiful property and the staff were the nicest people ever, when I didn't make it to breakfast because I was sick they called me and then brought food to my room and made sure I was okay.

This is a excellent property if you want to explore bali properly. The hotel’s location is excellent and also the restaurant la and pools are great. The Duty manger is great. We travelled as a group of 16 people and booked 5 rooms and the hotel staff was excellent in all aspects and the rooms were better than what we expected. It’s highly recommended.

Staff is excellent and location is super close to airport as they have free airport transport. Unfortunately, hotel looks old and rooms are very old…decor, furniture, bathroom needs to be updated. I stayed here for one night to be near the airport. I wouldn’t recommend for long term stay unfortunately. One night stay is ok.

We enjoyed our stay at the Watermark, while I had mobility issues so found walking within the immediate vicinity difficult and therefore didn't explore well, we enjoyed the use of the shuttle service both for tea and to shops.

A best and value for money hotel in Jimbaran. They have 4 different varieties of room and we stayed at the suite. A massive large bed and access to suite lounge offering free snacks and drinks are added benefit. The Infiniti pool on the upstairs is really cool. I got to see 360 degree fireworks view on the new year eve. Staff are very friendly. They do have departure lounge which is unique where you can wait and take shower for free. They also have a kids play area. The hotel is a 5 minutes walk to the Kedonganan beach. I do recommend them.

We were presently surprised when we checked out at noon and were given a free shuttle ride back to the airport We had a huge room with a huge bed, must’ve been two queens together at least. But the step down from the bed surrounding platform to the floor, about 7 inches, was terrifying in the dark at night.

Staying at Watermark Hotel & Spa Bali was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel strikes the perfect balance between modern comfort and warm Balinese hospitality. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and very clean, with all the amenities you could need for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a long day of exploring. What truly stood out was the exceptional service by entire Hotel team. Dewi , Putri and all the staff were always friendly, attentive, and ready to go above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their genuine care and hospitality made us feel truly welcomed. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the rooftop pool, which offered stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The dining options were also impressive, with delicious food and a great variety to suit all tastes. Overall, I highly recommend Watermark Hotel & Spa Bali to anyone visiting Bali. It’s a perfect place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely love to come back again. Navjot.
