"This is a lovely hotel especially if you have kids or are looking to be around families and couples. It's 7mins walk to the beach which is lovely. The pools are well maintained and chocolate hour everyday is a treat. The downside, my initial room faces the mall next door so there was music playing at 7am which woke me. Then I was moved to a room also in the 27xx series and this time it was next to the bar. Luckily the music stopped early. Make sure you have wifi when you land if you order a transfer as I had to call the hotel since I waited for 30mins and the map of where the lounge is isn't particularly easy to read. That said , it has amazing food ,staff and service."

"Hands down the best hotel/resort in Indonesia. The staff are extremely friendly and hospitable. I would say this is my favorite hotel in the world. Much better than The W and The Ritz. Highly recommend."

"The garden and the architecture is a highlight - really offers a sene of serenity. However the management is a bit chaotic: first, in two consecutive days I was supplied with dirty towels - this problem was solved after I made a complaint to the front desk. Second, the internet was unstable and unreliable. One day the internet is down, when I reported this issue, the staff at the front desk told me an IT personnel would sent to me. After about 20 mins when I called the front desk when would expect the IT personnel, the receptionist, he couldn’t help me and Abruptly ended the call without providing any useful information. Then I went to the front desk again queried about the incidents then I found some people lied to me to suit their convenience (for example two different people came to me claiming they are the hotel manager in two different occasions when I visited the front desk, specifically requesting to see the hotel manager). I wrote an Email to the front desk manager, and I never got a reply."

"Beautiful beach, friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast and dinner! We were upgraded to a villa with a private pool which was amazing! I had two massages with Pri. Best massage ever! Highly recommend!! My husband had a massage therapist that he really liked named Dewi. I would definitely stay there again."
