"Overall a great stay! The included breakfast was really good, and the pool exceeded our expectations. We especially loved the convenience of the free shuttle service. The only downside was that they were hosting a prom during our stay, which made parking nearly impossible and kept the lobby crowded with teenagers."

"I had a fantastic experience with the staff, particularly those at the pool. Wilfredo was exceptionally friendly, always answering my questions with a smile and going above and beyond to assist. His warm attitude truly enhanced my visit! The bartenders were also outstanding, providing excellent service as they helped my mom with some delicious adult beverages while the kids enjoyed their time at the pool and beach. Having the beach right there was incredibly convenient, making it easy for us to switch between the pool and the ocean. I’d also like to highlight the guards by the gate; they were friendly, attentive, and easy to talk to. However, I noticed they had to stand the entire time in the hot sun, and I think it would be beneficial for them to have some seating available to make their job a bit more comfortable. Overall, the combination of attentive staff and the beautiful beach made our stay truly unforgettable!!"
