"The room and facilities were very clean and modern. However the floors in the bathroom were in need of repair or new tile and grout. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but not feeling very nutritious. Fresh fruit and perhaps scrambled eggs,bacon or sausage would be good additions to make this a five star. "

"The Proximity is in an ideal location in Greensboro, NC. Close to Friendly shopping center where there is a Whole Foods and local shops. The service received at the property was lovely and we were assured we were in good hands. From the hotel porters to the front desk staff everyone displayed quality customer service. The hotel is positioned in a quiet area so I was able to get optimal amount of sleep. We will be back in the future."
