"We recently stayed at this hotel for a 3-day getaway, and it was fantastic. The hotel appears to be recently renovated, featuring clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was delicious and well-organized, ensuring each room knows exactly where to sit, which avoids any confusion. However, breakfast hours are a bit limited, running only from 8-9 AM. "Great resort for kids. Indoor pool was fun and lots of outdoor and indoor entertainment. We had lots of fun! Clean and good service. Wish check out was not 10am but a bit later but other than that i definitely recommend the hotel! "

"Super friendly and helpful staff, my husband and I got some trouble on our way to Jesenik, and the staff was super understanding and pacient with us! Loved the facilities, definitely a place to rest and decompress. The pool and sauna are amazing, and the views from there during the winter are incomparable. We will come back for sure!
