"If you do not speak Chinese and do not have a phone finding this hotel is very difficult. I was charged twice on top of what I had already paid with Expedia, so beware of the extra expense. Since English/Chinese was a barrier it took about an hour to find it. The hotel is not a hotel but an apartment set in a building complex which I found a great experience as this is how many Chinese people live. "Underwhelming compared to the likes of Capella, Langham where we are frequent travellers at. Rooms were decent however had mosquitoes on the warmer days we were at. Upgrades were offered at a charge of double the room rate, concierge was unwilling to assist at most times, especially after we declined the hotel tour packages. Won't be staying at six senses again, you can get much better hotels and service for the same price."
