Clean hotel POOL very DANGEROUS ... ONLY 3 feet deep without '' NO DIVING '' signs and poor lighting at night. Needs pool lights and decklights next to pool and warning signs of depth. Only one young lady spoke english, no one else did. Our last morning I was waken up at 500am by what sounded like someone using a sledge hammer on the walls, thought maybe someone was destroying one unit. Turned out to be some idiot in the kitchen, maybe maintenance banging. Shook the walls and must have waken up everyone on our side of the hotel. Person needs to be fired for being so stupid. NO excuse for this. Hotel is open in the center between left and right rows of units, with AC compressors mounted there. Generated a LOT of noise NO decent place to hang wet towels except on the porch, which was accessable by anyone Very good breakfast buffet Good underground parking or parking on the street in front Linen fine except towels were dingy with black spots of grease, not very white. Comfortable bed Very good breakfast buffet Linen fine except towels were dingy with black spots of grease, not very white. Decent sized room with kitchen type cabinet in the room with a sink and small refrig. Dia reserva de dois aptos com a mesma estrutura mas após o check in recebi aptos diferentes... um de frente para o mar e outro de frente para telhados e fios! Paguei pelos de frente ao mar! A cozinha fechou antes do horário previsto o que me obrigou a pedir comida de fora! A colchão muito mole e o travesseiro de péssima qualidade! Enfim infelizmente não tive uma boa impressão do hotel!

Paguei por dois aptos iguais mas no check in me dedam diferentes... um com vista para o mar e outra de vista para telhados e fuso! Achei o colchão muito mole e os travesseiros sem qualidade! O box do banheiro estava vazando parado para o chão do banheiro. O cozida fechou mais cedo à noite do que informava os panfletos do quarto... enfim achei que queria b diferente... principalmente porque no meu caso só seria a dormida.

Assim q chegamos a estadia só estava pronta p um, mesmo a reserva sendo dupla, esse problema foi prontamente resolvido mesmo a recepcionista n sendo das mais simpáticas. Fui p o quarto e uma hora após a chegada recebo a ligação do restaurante do hotel falando de seus serviços. Meia hora depois liga a recepção perguntando se estava tudo em ordem. No outro dia deixei o sinal de não incomode na porta, n surtiu efeito, um homem bate na porta falando q estava consertando a rede da TV a cabo e precisava ressintonizar a TV, o controle estava quebrado foi bom pq foi substituído. Pedi um lanche pelo ifood, a recepção disse q teria q pegar na recepção, sendo q na noite anterior vi o entregador de pizza subir p fazer a entrega.

Valoe da diaria de 500 reais absoluramente incompativel com o que o hotel oferece; servico pessimo, pois levou mais de 3 horas pra ser atendido no quarto; controle remoto tv nao funcionou e funcionario nao resolveu o problema; quarto disponibilizado foi de deficiente fisico. Gostei muito do Hotel,funcionários atenciosos,quarto e instalações excelente.Piscina boa. Só não dei nota máxima porque deixou um pouco a desejar no quesito limpeza,fiz check in no sábado e check out na segunda mas nao foi feita reposição e limpeza no quarto ,liguei pra recepção pra solicitar a moça falou que iria falar com o setor e ninguém veio no quarto.

Cadê a reserva?

Apesar de ter reservado e pago dois dias antes, quando cheguei ao hotel a reserva não estava no sistema do hotel. Precisei mostrar e enviar para e-mail do hotel a reserva do hotéis.com, no check in e no check out. Por isso, check in e check out mais demorados. Por sorte, havia disponibilidade no hotel.
