"the pools were good because you are not a member you do not receive the amenities offered to the members, could not eat at the restrauntes offered because of overbooking will not let you get in the room until required time even if it was ready, lack of communications from staff 33 dollar taxi ride for 1/2 mile down the road seems like they dont want americans there"

"Everything was Great. All restaurants were great. The Grill for dinner and The lobster house for breakfast was my go to. There is a coffee house bar called Aroma which sold great matcha,coffee & gelato. The pools were nice and clean and The resort felt very safe."

"The hotel itself is beautiful, and the public areas were very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good, and we especially enjoyed the Lebanese restaurant. The kids’ amenities were also great. However, we were disappointed with several parts of our stay. The beach was clean, but the water was not clear and was full of seaweed and debris, which made swimming uncomfortable. Our biggest issue was the room. The AC unit was located inside the closet and made a very loud noise all the time. There was no option to lower the fan speed, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. We were also disappointed with the circus restaurant and steak house, as the food quality was below expectations. Another negative experience was the timeshare presentation. We felt pressured to buy, and once we said we were not interested, the staff’s attitude changed noticeably and felt unprofessional. The resort credits also were not very useful because everything at the resort was extremely expensive unless using it for bowling or spa which there is limitations on credit. Overall, the property is beautiful, but our experience did not match the level we expected."
