"As always, this property is a great value with extremely clean rooms, comfy beds, good amenities and a totally terrific management and staff. This was perhaps my 7th or 8th time at Ukiah’s Quality Inn. "
"Staff was incredibly welcoming and kind. Average stay, but two complaints with the dirty sheets and the shower being either scalding hot or freezing cold. No noisy neighbors though. "
"This is a nice RV park with some tiny homes for rent there. It is a very short walk across fro highway 20 to a small private beach that we swam and paddled on.
The lake and location are right off highway 20, so you do hear road noice. Not so much in the homes but on the lake. "

"The people in the office are very courteous and very nice. The staff is very nice.Always making sure you have everything you need. The rooms are clean. It's quiet.Nobody bugs you there's nothing better than that"
"The Old West Inn is very clean and looks like it was just remodeled. The staff was very friendly. The place is very quiet and is close to lots of places to eat."
"Had a very pleasant stay. Quiet, clean, excellent breakfast, and a nice touch of a classic and modern aesthetics. The front desk staff was a little bland in terms of their personality and energy which seemed to reflect being on auto pilot. Not much enthusiasm but they were not rude in any way shape or form. Just wished the personality of the front desk staff matched the vibrancy and elegance of the hotel. "
"It's a little expensive and you have to rent the water toys even aftet you paid 400+ for a room. I feel like those should be included with the cost. Lovely room and the front desk lady that works weekends is the sweetest!"
