"poor service. poor follow up by staff regarding booking errors by IHG-expedia. double charged by IGH-expedia lack of professionalism. ground floor rooms poorly maintained and defective electrical sockets etc. had to move rooms not worth staying at IHG. the only competent person was chef Dube"

"Spent 4 nights in the hotel, 3 issues faced for a 5star hotel, internet was weak, tv had no Netflix or amazon prime application, they refused to bring a microwave to my suite as well as refused to warm my meals unless it was purchased from their restaurant lol."
