"Spent 4 nights in the hotel, 3 issues faced for a 5star hotel, internet was weak, tv had no Netflix or amazon prime application, they refused to bring a microwave to my suite as well as refused to warm my meals unless it was purchased from their restaurant lol."

"My big issue with this hotel is the AC. You land late at night from North America and your room is very hot & the only sleep Option is a thick duvet, Almost 80 degrees last night & it took a few hours for the room to cool down. It is also very expensive. Especially for an airport hotel. They compensated by offering a free breakfast. I had a latte and made it to my next flight. This has happened well over a dozen times."

Breakfast was decent, with a variety of options. While it may not have been extraordinary, it was fresh and convenient, especially for travelers who want a quick start to their day. One thing I appreciated was the airport shuttle service. It was reliable and made transportation much easier, especially if you are traveling with luggage or arriving late"
