"We booked Graystone 77, but where on arrival told to go to Hydropak without further explanation. We contacted the accommodation a week before arrival to fix time and check in. Extremely slow and unfriendly reply. In fact up to our arrival at the city had no clarification at all. The accommodation had no TV and no internet working, only one towel per person ( no hand towel or face cloths), there was 1 wine glasses for 4 of us, shower tap etc loose. "Overall we were only there for one night and one day of fantastic pampering. It was very nice. The spa therapist gave me the best massage I have ever had - and I have had a few. The road to the lodge could be better but this is not in the control of the spa owners. A mix up with the booking resulted in us missing our evening meal. Carmen did however provide and impromptu meal which was lovely."
