"We had to go to the upstairs room cause they where short on staff had to call the cleaning lady my self see if she can clean the room so we didn’t have to go upstairs due to my mom condition she said no I’m leaving I don’t have time to clean the room really bad experience it say breakfast including it was just coffee "

"Average, mostly clean. Should be deep cleaned after every guest though. TV did not work. My big critique is the door had a big gap at the bottom. Indio can get windy, so a lot of dust, dried leaves, etc was able to get into the room. The AC unit had a light indicating the filter needed to be changed, would not know when the last time it was changed."

"The hotel is FULL OF ROACHES AND BED BUGS! we requested for a full refund because we needed to look for a different hotel 0200H at night that is an hour away from the the festival due to last minute reservation and high demand due to the event. We requested a refund for the new hotel we had but they refused stating that we didnt complained 0200H at night, which they dont have any peson at the front desk. PLS DONT COME HERE, ITS A HEALTH HAZARD AND THIS PLACE IS INFESTED WITH COCKROACH AND BED BUGS!"

"Parking lot was very small. The shower head was leaking all our stay causing the floor to be wet. The shower crying had a hole in it, the curtain looked very old. The curtain for the window also had holes in it and there was tape trying to cover them. Over all it was very bad, the pictures weren’t accurate to the actual property. "

"It was horrible I got there at night and as soon as I got in the room to unpack i was getting my kids ready for bed and we see cockroaches on the beds, walls, and counters there was no microwave and fridge to warm up my babies bottles. The beds were so hard and not comfterable at all. I called to ask go another room with a microwave and the lady at front feel was so rude and said i should have told her sooner and she could not help. I had literally just checked in so what is she saying? "

"The air conditioning was effective. The hot tub was not warm enough. It was located by the swimming pool. The upstairs floors were squeaky and the bathtub needs to be replaced. The rest of the unit was fine. Convenient to those we were visiting. Plenty of kitchen dishes etc. Office employees excellent."
