I first got a room that was so warm that I was drenched in sweat at midnight in my room with the window open. The bathroom floor heating was turned up to max and the button to control it broken off. After arguing I got another room that was equally as warm. The third time I said it's impossible for me to sleep there he got me an "upgrade" to a double room that has not been heated by the sun all day. That room had blood on the bed sheet, the TV hung crooked from the wall and didn't work. None of the rooms had AC obviously. How is this a four star hotel? It was closer to a motel with generally broken and unclean rooms. It was too late for me to find another hotel. Otherwise I would've from the beginning.

Well worth it!
What a great hotel. Much larger than I was expecting and much larger than where my friend stayed! Staff were attentive, friendly, and very accommodating. Breakfast was amazing! Hot tub and sauna were definitely a plus. Highly recommend!

Good Hotel Great Location.
Good hotel with great location. Short walking distance to Central Station and bus terminal with bus stops nearby. Eating and dining places, supernarket and movie theatre are in close proximity. In front of Hotel Savoy is the beautiful historic church Sofiakrykan. Enjoyed staying in this great location.

Below average
Budget and tired hotel given a lick of paint and some funky corridor lights. Everything was OK but only because my room rate wasn’t massively reduced. I would have been very disappointed if I’d paid full price. My room was small but adequate. A quick renovation job still couldn’t hide the years of wear and tear. The basement relax area (and the changing rooms) felt like a public swimming hall. Outdated, broken, cold and terrible. In general it was the common areas that let it down. Terrible reception area, old lifts, cigarette butts and broken furniture in the stairwells, tragic relax area and scraped/damaged walls in the corridors.

True hospitality!
we had a great time at the hotel, enjoyed its comfort and service. The most important is the human factor though: the staff was the most accommodating, kind and looking for all opportunities to assist and please us. One more: the breakfast is fantastic!. I would not stay in any other hotel when visiting Jönköping!

Central location and good service
The hotel is quite ok, with good size of the rooms and a delicious breakfast buffet. The Ginger shots were really good, and newly baked bread was great. I enjoyed the service and the hospitality. The room though, did not have any A/C, which made it very hot inte evening with the sun exposing the windows the entire afternoon (at least in my room). For the price I paid I would have expected the rooms to have Air Condition. Wifi was fast.

2 nätter utan sömn, första natten pga en horribel extrasäng. Andra natten blev dock hundra resor värre. Hotellrum direkt ovanför en bar som har öppet till 03. Liveband till 01:45. Omöjligt att sova, inte en upplevelse som jag skulle rekommendera. Hade en 8 åring med oss och fick rum direkt ovanför baren på 2:a våningen. Sängen vibrerade och öronproppar som erbjöds va definitivt inte tillräckligt för att hålla oljudet borta. 2 nätter utan sömn, kan ej rekommendera. Receptionisten var snäll och försökte sitt bästa.

Hej, och tack för ert omdöme.Tråkigt att höra att ni inte var nöjda med er vistelse hos oss. Självklart är vårat mål att alla gäster ska lämna oss nöjda. Vi är ett hotell som ligger mitt i centrala jönköping med mycket verksamheter och folk som rör sig omkring. Enligt informationen vi har fått till oss så hade nattklubben inte öppet under er vistelse, väldigt märkligt att ni blivit påverkade av basen. Vi får kolla vidare på vad som kan ha hänt där. Väljer ni trots allt att komma tillbaka till oss får ni gärna önska ett rum högt upp i byggnaden. Ha en fortsatt trevlig dag!

Hotellet ligger mkt bra centralt, med ett parkeringshus ca 150 m ifrån hotellet. Bra resturang i hotellet och bra restauranger precis intill. Något slitet hotellrum, men rent. Bra sängar och trevlig personal.
