"I had a good stay at this hotel. The room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good for me. The only thing I would change is having a coffee pot or at least some pour over equipment so you can make your own coffee. There is a gas stove to heat water, but no way to make coffee, although they provide coffee cups."

"Achei o quarto com um bom tamanho, muito limpo, chuveiro maravilhoso e localização boa. Porém TV não funcionou, máquina de café quebrada, a cozinha não tem utensílios direito (não tem nem copo kkk somente xícara). Falta administração! Acredito que deve ter hospedagem melhor pelo mesmo valor."

"Eu e minha família gostamos muito! Ao chegar fiquei preocupada pq o ambiente da recepção nao é atual. Mas o quarto, cama, lençóis e banheiro limpos, novos. Chuveiro bom.
Gostamos da mini copa com micro-ondas, pia, frigobar e utensílios no quarto.

"There is a very long online check in process where they request all your documents to be scanned and uploaded, including a selfie. This is supposed to be used for facial recognition to access the building and common areas such as the pool and gym. However the selfies never worked and we only got in the building because the doormen would check our names and open the door every time. We were never able to access the amenities. "This is a well staffed and professionally operated property. Buffet breakfast with many options. Restaurant serves lunch and dinner. Food is excellent and reasonably priced. Service and Wait staff also excellent.
My only complaint is that building is old and in need of some maintenance and upgrades. But having said that, I would happily return to this property."
"The hotel was modern and very clean. The front desk staff and the concierge were amazing, they were very friendly and responsive.
The location is excellent, you have shopping right next to the hotel and there's another mall almost across the street.
The view from the room was great, I had a great view of Guaiba Lake.
We paid for valet parking and it was worth it, never a problem. Just park in front of the hotel and turn in your keys.
