"The door was very hard to open, had to shove very hard to open. Ceiling had paint peeling and bubbling. The floor felt like it had a film on it. The TV was dark and did not adjust. Only plug for the coffee pot reach across the bath closet area, weird. Only stayed one night, did not feel safe, the grounds were filthy. They did give me a refund for the unused days but not the one night. : ("

"We had a wonderful stay and will be back. They were renovating some of the restaurants and the aquatic adventures store. So should be even better on our next trip. Loved the proximity to the beach and the complementary beach chairs and umbrella. Outdoor pool was heated. Also had a very nice workout room. Great stay. "

"The staff were very friendly and courteous. I enjoy staying here and it is always decorated so cute for every season. The entrance is so sweet, little general area for late night snack attack grabs. The A/C unit works amazingly and keeps you as cold as you like it. The mini fridge kept small items like drinks and microwave meals cool but not super cold (no freezer). Microwave and single serve coffee pot in room. Everything was totally clean, no funky smells, towels, sheets, floors, surface areas and bathroom very clean. I am particular when it comes to mattresses. Mattress was very firm. If you like a softer feel take a travel memory foam topper with you. It will be a perfect stay. Pool was clean from view but I didn't swim. Breakfast smelled wonderful however; I was in a dash to beach so I didn't eat. "
