"Once we arrived and were told to park in the parking garage area, it was dark with no lights whatsoever. We had to literally use flashlights on our phones in order to park our vehicle. Felt extremely unsafe. Once inside room was cramped and not as pictured upon booking. Faucet in the shower/tub was broken so no hot water for showers. Extremely disappointed with my stay!!"

"Family room unavailable at check in, so they separated us into 2 rooms. Both rooms red hot with no circulated air. Bathroom drains were horrific. The stench was awful. Smoke detectors were taped up.. Luckily we checked in late and left early as it was only a stop over. Can’t believe I missed the reviews. Would not stay here again. "
