"We enjoyed the stay. 1. The food is good. A lot of seafood, everything delicious and fresh. The hotel has 1 main buffet and 5 different restaurants. The best restaurants are Italian, French , Mexican. No need reservations.
2. The service on the very high level. Everyone try to help you and make you laugh. When you just arrive from airport you will be welcomed with glass of champagne. The best experience . 3. Just recommendation from us , if you want to swim in ocean go there between December and March . Otherwise the beach will be in seaweed. Which is also doesn’t bother if you’re not on beach. They have a beautiful pools where you can enjoy your vacation."

"We had an ocean view room, club membership and it was so fun, super clean, great staff. Lots of things to do at hotel with beach, swimming, activities, shows! Loved it!!"
"The property was nice and well decorated but not very clean. It had a lot of dust and one of the toilets was very dirty. And the floor had hair. When we leave the property we left everything very clean and organize. We even wash all the towels we used. When we arrived to the property the property manager Ms: Perla left us a paper that we had to sign with our credit card information. For any property damage. I was waiting to see her in person and meet her but she told me she was going to come two times and never arrived but we had a great communication throw the phone. After we left she send me a massage of 19 photos trying to charge me for supposedly stayed of towels that we never made, I found that not honest. When I text her before we left for her to please come so I can show her how great we were leaving the property and she was unable to come. For this reason I will never will rent with them no more or recommend to no one they try to get extra money charging for extra cleaning fees. Be careful if you rent this property they are not honest. "
