"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was maintained and clean. The breakfast was plentiful and the food was good overall. The main downside was the noisy traffic due to the nearby highway. We were situated in the wing closest to the highway. The noise may not be an issue in the wing further from the highway."

"The room was very unique with beds on both sides of a large curved room. But it works! The view was great. Lots to do nearby. Parking was a bit difficult as nothing is clearly marked when you pull into the tunnel where Uber and valet all combine into a tight space. Staff was amazing!!"

"My stay was amazing as always. That's why keep coming back. Unfortunately, when I was living a minor mistake done at the time to assign my car to the room became a hassle. The car parking agent at the door kept on arguing with with me that my car was not there and it did not match my room number. I tried to help giving him details of what was in the car. To what he replied it was not enough. I had to be tough an reply, after several kindly tentative, that I wanted my car. I had paid for them to park it. It was not my fault the incompetence. Fernando the checking manager at the time was coming out and supported me, nice of him.
It is sad to mention that somebody just before me asked for the car keys without any room number and he just gave.
Please be attentive to people serving your audience. He did mention the fact that it was not his intention to be harsh. But, he was. Anyway, i need to say this is quite the opposite behaviour i found before. For now i will take it as one off. Just wish it does not happen anymore. He could easily ask the checking manager the information he needed , without creating a mess.

"I stayed this hotel for one night, this hotel gives me very good impression, the front desk staffs Rafael and Ruan and the other two who can speak English are extremely nice and friendly, some of the front desk can speak very good English and they would like to help at all time. Also the luggage guys are very nice too. They just doing their best to carry the luggages in and out, a boy sent me to the taxi all the way out. Very good people.
