Hotel was very convenient for travelling to different places in Busan as it was near the metro. Bathroom door doesn’t lock or fully close and tables and walls looked a bit old and not maintained well.

9.6/10 Exceptional! (270 reviews)
Perfect stay for our family of five — stunning Haeundae views We loved our stay at the LCT Residence in Busan. The unit was spacious and luxurious, and worked perfectly for my family of five — plenty of room to relax after long days of sightseeing. The view was a highlight. We had a beautiful outlook over Haeundae Beach and could even see Oryukdo (오륙도) and the Gwangan Bridge (광안대교) from the unit. Location is hard to beat. We were within walking distance of great food and popular attractions, including the Blue Line Park beach train (블루라인파크 해변열차), which made it easy to reach favorite spots along the coast. One thing worth knowing: the residences are managed by different vendors (four or five), which wasn't obvious at first. When we arrived, we had to show our reservation to a staff member to find the right check-in desk — a little confusing at the start, so have your booking details handy. Getting there, we took taxis from Busan KTX Station. It took two Uber rides for our group, but totaled under $50, which felt very reasonable. The drivers were friendly and even pointed out a few places we visited later. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, incredible views, and a convenient base for exploring Busan. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

The buffet breakfast was great. It was a full buffet with eggs and sausages, if you are looking for western cuisine. A combination of western and Korean dishes. We really liked the fresh citrus fruits. The room was fine. The only thing we found was there was not a lot of room for your luggage. We left them on the floor which really wasn’t a hardship. It just would have been nice to have a bench for them. I would return here. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. There is a subway station within 5-7 minutes walk. The subway here is easy to use.

This hotel is an example of a place that is okay, but with the bit of flair and consciousness, could be a lot better. To begin with, the lighting and decor are very dark and not particularly welcoming, especially in the lobby area. The breakfast was okay, but not great. The choices, for westerners anyway, were quite limited and several of the choices - the fruit, the cereals etc - were not topped up once they'd run out. Given that this is not a cheap hotel, I would expect better. Not sure what the go is with the glazing on the windows, but our room was quite noisy at night, the noise from the street. Good location, okay hotel, but could be a much better hotel if properly run by better management at all levels it seems to me.
