"This is our second time staying, and it never disappoints! "

"Our room was very comfortable, the view was excellent off the balcony of the beach and ocean. our floors icemaker did not work for the duration of our stay five days, not even a sign out of order. Our batteries became low in our thermostat so I went to the front desk to pick up some batteries and they told me somebody would bring them up , two days later no batteries. Another odd thing was our room Telephone did not work however after three days, it suddenly worked again not sure if it was a line thing or the phone itself. Overall, the stay was nice. The pool area was nice, both pools. "

"Property was old, EXTREMELY TINY room, no one to check in guests. Check in wasn't super obvious, and when someone was playing loud music at 11 pm and yelling at pool, there was no one to call. I texted someone, and got a response, but it was overall just a disappointing experience. I would NOT stay here in the future."

"For the amount of money that we paid for this hotel it was horrible the room was not completely clean it looked very outdated the staff was not very friendly upon checking in at 11:30 there was no facilities to get food or water at that time"

"Ocean view was lovely even thought it was at an angle. Nice balcony and entire hotel felt updated. Consierge was super prompt with requests and the food was fresh and high quality. The coffee counter at Marche lacked stock / expertise in making some flavored iced drinks but their breakfast sandwiches were delicious. Located right at the beach and water; can not beat the location. Enjoyed our stay very much!"
