"I absolutely loved the hotel. It had historic charm and the hotel obviously took pride in cleanliness and its historical value. I had breakfast one day, and it was a nice spread. The bar service was excellent, if you could actually find someone who works there. These was a bell on the counter I rang 3 times one day before I just gave up. I was disappointed to find that the actual pool area is offsite, and the hotel does not offer shuttle service as it states in the add. I’m had to pay a taxi...

Ozadi Altura Beach Resort"Suite rooms were excellent for families. Pool lovely but COLD. Area around the pool very slippery when wet. Food at breakfast and dinner in terrace restaurant was excellent. Despite the kids club being advertised as open year round, this was not the case. Direct access to lovely beach. Hotel location somewhat isolated. Gym could do with being better stocked. Overall, 7.5/10."

"The hotel was overall clean, staff was professional, easy walking distance to other amenities like pubs, restaurants supermarkets etc around the town, 10 minutes only down the lovely long white sandy beach, great place to relax, close to pop in to Spain, safe surroundings as well. The only thing was on the third floor I did see a big cockroach that I had to kill myself - but this as all been part of the Algarve. I would still strongly recommend the hotel."
"Very clean hotel with very helpful staff. No bar Pool very small Shame there are no other boarding options. Fortunately some great local restaurants within a few minutes walk. My room was on the 6th floor with a very big balcony, shame about the birds and their mess daily so not welcoming."
