Upon check-out he took the opportunity to tell me that he’s sorry that I found him to be rude and then proceeded to, very audibly, mumble under his breath. I first said that’s okay, then after hearing his mumbling I said, “that’s the rudeness I’m referring to”. He then decided to aggressively follow me out the door arguing. "
