"The front desk staff was very helpful upon arrival. The room we were given smelled like smoke and they were able to move us to a different room. After that though we had mixed experiences with staff. The woman working the cafe on the first floor was surly and then we called the front desk asking for help and didn't get anyone to come up for over an hour. We went up to the rooftop bar for a drink and it was alright. Overall, just an okay experience."

"We enjoyed our stay at Cabinn City for a few days before our cruise out of Copenhagen. It is a short walk from the train/metro station and Food Court, and also a reasonable walk into center city near most attractions. Breakfast was very good plus you can also make coffee and tea in your room. We stayed 3 nights and the room was not serviced, but you could easily pick up anything you needed and drop off your trash at the front desk. The room and bathroom are incredibly small. We would definitely consider staying here again"

"Two night break in Copenhagen after a trip to Malmo. We booked a Standard Room and although it was on the small side it was fine for us as you are only in it to sleep and wash up. My wife described it as a bit "cell like" so you wouldn't be relaxing in the room. They will offer an upgrade when you check in at extra cost. Room was clean and modern but you only get one pillow each and they are not the biggest. We relaxed in the lobby area and there are plenty of comfy seats around to relax and enjoy the bar. Breakfast was good and there were lots of choices including GF for my wife 🎉. We went down at 8.30am on a Sunday morning and although it was busy there was plenty of places to sit"

"I only stayed at this hotel for one night while traveling alone, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The room had a double bed, yet only one pillow was provided. The blanket was also very small and did not properly fit the size of the bed. In addition, there was no fridge in the room and not even basic amenities like a small toothpaste were provided. Considering the price of the hotel, I expected much better service and comfort. Overall, I found the hotel overpriced for what it offered and would not recommend it."
