"I stayed in room 911 bathroom can use some paint stained walls and frame for bathroom door is catching rust. The side closest to shower. The staff was very helpful at all times. Breakfast is good love the variety. Pool only my son used and complained about chlorine. But I explained the reason and the function of it in the pools. Parking was great. The vendors in the area are a plus."

"You definitely need parking on the are. First impression is not the best, it was homeless people on the surroundings and the property was locked. Once inside everything is different, the environment feels save. Very close to viejo San Juan. "

"Our stay at Embassy was great. Pool and hot tub gave a relaxing beautiful time. Happy hour drinks and staff were awesome. Other staff was very pleasant for the duration of the trip. El Patio staff were very nice and friendly also. They took care of us well. "

"Great location. Walked to many restaurants. Loved how it was right on the beach. The pool was never busy and it was not hard to find a chair. The pool could have been cleaned more though. Fernando, at the towel area, was the best! He made our stay so much more enjoyable. Hotel food and drinks were a little pricey, but that’s expected. Closest to the airport so expect to hear planes while outside, but it didn't bother us at all. Overall, great place to stay and we would stay here again."

"The room was immaculately clean, no frills but exactly whats advertised. Walking location near the beach, driving distance to Old San juan and love the open concept outside of the rooms between the lobby and pool. Comfortable bed, large shower. Anything reviews said bad about the place they didnt do their research. I wanted a decent quaint place, good location that was reasonably priced. This was it. No hot tub no elevator and i knew that when i booked it so it was fine. Pools a little small but everyone seemed to be out and about and at the beach so i had it just to myself and my companion. Staff was pleasant and efficient. Parking was a little tight but available there. If it wasnt shoulder season mightve been hunting for on street parking but didnt have to. Id stay again wthout hesitation. Perfect blance if you want comfort and efficiency with a decent price tag."
