Tropical Island is great for children and a fun time out for the family. The room was okay, beds were uncomfortable. There was no soap in the bathroom with toilet. The air conditioning in the room did not work, so was quite warm and stuffy in the room.

Staff were helpful. Room was clean, right next to the train station and a tram line, plus a supermarket across the road. Set up a birthday surprise too which was perfect!
