Heerlijk huisje met tuin en bbq op loopafstand van Tropical Island waar we elke dag een ander zwembad/deel van het resort hebben gedaan. Het is zo groot dat je niet snel verveelt zult raken.

Accommodatie (sunrise) was van alles voorzien (geen airco, maar wel horren). Ideaal dat er 2 badkamers waren en ook nog met handdoeken. Ook heel fijn dat je opgemaakte bedden aantreft. De bedden sliepen prima. Voor ons was het super leuk om (met dit warme weer) naar het waterpark te kunnen lopen.

Wir waren für sechs Nächte im Tropical Islands Resort. Zwei Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Wir haben in den Woodland Häusern übernachtet. Diese waren erstaunlicherweise "gut" ausgestattet und in einer sehr schönen Waldlage angelegt. *top* Das Angebot rund um den Häusern lässt tatsächlich zu wünschen übrig.

Irgend ein Lüfter ist gelaufen. Lies sich nicht abschalten nur Drehzahl verringern trotzdem gut hörbar auch nachts. Ansonsten alles gut.

Accomodation was clean and nice.Bed was comfortable. Shuttle to the waterpark and train station was a great help. The shuttle delays sometimes.A toaster and fan would have been good in the apartment and a microwave It was warm during our stay for a few days and there was no A/c or air-condition so couldn't sleep properly. Also,didn't sleep well on our first night due to noisy and inconsiderate neighbours who decided to shout and play music at 1am which was very annoying. The changing room at the waterpark could do with regular cleaning. Overall we had a good stay.

What I liked: I loved everything about the property! It had a great layout, spacious rooms, and a lovely outdoor area. What was unique: The unique feature for me was the overall vibe and design—it felt really modern yet cozy. What I didn’t like: The only downside was the grill; it didn’t seem as functional or appealing as the rest of the property.

Da Haus ist nicht im Guten Zustand Fenster so wie Tür schwierig abzuschließen ,Als wir gekommen sind war keine da vor Ort mussten wir Umwege fahren um Schlüssel abzuholen diese Information wurde nicht uns mitgeteilt dort waren alle Leute verirrt wir waren nicht die einzigen !

Im großen und Ganzen war unser Aufenthalt ok, leider waren die schlafzimmer nicht so sauber, Chipsreste von unseren vorgängern konnte man noch unter dem bett finden. Die Rezeption war auch nicht so besonders nett, kurze Knappe Antworten. Fernbedienung hat nicht funktioniert da die Batterien leer waren, wurde in der Rezeption wortlos ausgetauscht fertig. Da Hunde erlaubt sind in gewissen Häusern sollte man über Kotbeutelspender nachdenken. Schade das es kein Abgezäunten Platz gibt, indem man Hunde frei springen lassen kann. Platz dafür wäre genug da. Security war dagegen sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit.

Zwembaden waren ok geen wow factor want veelal zag het er ook vervallen uit, het overal van de gigantische gebouw was vooral gericht op commerciële verkoop van eten , drinken en activiteiten. Het was superduur allemaal!

Unser Check in war eine reinste Katastrophe, das Zimmer war etwas schmutzig und auf den Möbeln waren einige flecke. Wir haben natürlich keine neu saniertes Zimmer erwartet, aber der Standard war für uns nicht zufriedenstellend. Der einzige freundliche Mitarbeiter war am Empfang, welcher uns eingecheckt hat, der aber entweder neu oder unfähig war. Wir waren 3 mal am Schalter bis der Check in tatsächlich funktioniert hat und wir auch das nötigste hatten um das Zimmer zu finden und zu öffnen. Der Kollege beim Check out war komplett überfordert und sehr unfreundlich. Kaum jemand spricht dort wirklich deutsch am Empfang was natürlich auch nicht wirklich förderlich war. Kein wlan im Zimmer, was natürlich auch sehr unschön war für uns. Die Preise sind sehr hoch für das was man bekommt. Selbst um seine Sachen irgendwo sicher einzusperren wird Geld verlangt, was meiner Meinung einfach nur gierig ist. Fazit: wir sind 1 Tag vorher ausgechekt, haben unser Geld damit verschwendet, aber von Erholung war das weit entfernt für uns.

Sehr schmutzig. Das Boden wurde wahrscheinlich vergessen zu reinigen, die Küchenschränke waren sehr dreckig besonders der Elektrogrill.Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren wirklich sehr sauber.
