Es war wirklich sehr schön dort wir hatten spass und sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Essen war sehr gut unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und sehr Neu. Wir waren sehr begeistert.

Essen und Cocktails waren super, nur war halt alles Teuer. EasyWay hätte sich vielleicht gelohnt. 90€ pro Person, je nachdem was da im Preis alles drin wäre. Ansonsten haben wir für zwei Personen insgesamt knapp 320€ da gelassen fürs Wochenende.

Leider sind die Preise für Speisen und Getränke unterirdisch. Sanitäranlagen könnten sauberer sein. Aber wie überall fehlt es an Personal.Due kids hatten riesen Spaß und das macht alles wieder weg.

Check in dauerte viel zulange, dadurch konnten wir weniger Zeit im Tropical Islands verbringen. Im Zelt war es zu warm und die Lautstärke zu laut, selbst mit Ohrstöpsel. Die Internet Seite vom Tropical island hat wenig Informationen und könnte übersichtlicher sein. Service war ok und bemüht. Baden war ok, nur zu viele Menschenmassen, dadurch konnte man einiges nicht machen z.B. Wildwasserrutsche draussen. Essen war lecker und gut.

Leider waren im Zimmer (Ohana Family) schon einige Kleinigkeiten defekt: Handtuchhaken im Bad aus der Wand gerissen, Türrahmen lose, Temperaturregel defekt (plastik-Verkleidung abrissen, so dass elektrische Kontakte frei zugänglich sind... Gefahr!!!) Das Personal an der Rezeption war außerdem nicht hinreichend über die Parkplätze und Checkout-Möglichkeiten informiert. So mussten wir unnötige 7 EUR Parkgebühr zahlen und hätten zum Checkout einmal durch die komplette Halle laufen sollen, obwohl man direkt im Ohana auschecken kann.
