We enjoyed being able to watch the river as we bathed in the open air bath. Plenty of amenities provided, staff was super friendly and helpful, and room was lovely and spacious. Japanese breakfast was huge and delicious and it was wonderful to try some regional specialities.

We got such a warm welcome to this spa hotel! Super kind and helpfull staff. Huge rooms, very traditional but with all the moderne things you need for a plesant stay. So calm and quiet, huge indoor/outdoor onsen. Some of the staff speak flewent english. Get a rental car from Fukui, such a nice 40 min drive up here. Away from stress and noise in the big city. Would come back again for sure! Recommended!

孫達朝食付きプランで宿泊したのですが、朝食メニューが全然子供向けではなく食べられるおかずがほとんど無かった。せめて味付け海苔でもあれば、おにぎりみたいに食べられたのにと残念でした。　露天風呂はすごく良かったです。

3泊お世話になりました。野天風呂、朝は川が見え、夜は星が見え、湯温も熱すぎず、とても良かったです。湯浴みを着て混浴で入れるので、良いと思います！朝ごはん付きで予約しましたが、チェックインの時に最終日だけ夕食を付けたいという要望に応えていただき、ありがとうこまざいました！旅の最終日に、豪華な晩ごはんが食べられて良かったです！外国人スタッフが多かったですが、みなさん良い感じでした。日本人スタッフは、アットホームな感じでした。山の中なので仕方ありませんが、カメムシが多かったです… HPの観光のページも参考にさせていただきました。近江町市場、栢野大杉、那谷寺、とても良かったです！！ありがとうございました！

露天風呂行くのに蜘蛛の巣だらけで嫌、大浴場は電気が切れてたのか暗い、朝ご飯は、美味しかったけど、豚肉の蒸したのが、火が消えていて冷めてて、肉が固まっていた、チェツクアウトの時のフロントの人の、態度がだるそうに、感じ、愛想が無い、大浴場に、クーラーも、扇風機も無かったので着替える時汗だくでお風呂入ったのにスッキリしなかった。

花椿さんは和室もあり、お風呂も豊富で過ごしやすいホテルです。静かで落ち着いた雰囲気があります。山の中にあるということで車でしか行けないことと食事が美味しいですが割高なのがマイナス点かもしれません。

おもてなし度が高く、とてもリラックスできました。家族5人で泊まったのですが、部屋の中には2部屋あり、普通のお風呂と窓を開ければ露天風呂になる広めの檜風呂があるなど、雰囲気も素敵で最高でした。他にも大浴場や名物の露天風呂もあり楽しめました。館内もきれいで、アメニティも充実してました。帰りにお土産までいただき、また来たい旅館です！
