"hotel is a five star. the staff and the concierge were very helpful, extended assistance to get me a train tickets to jaipur and new delhi. granted my request for a late check out. breakfast is amazing, with lots of choices, continental and indian cuisines. it’s highly recommended and will stay again. "Clean room, responsive staffs and good food"

"On arrival to the hotel the staff were very welcoming and professional. All the staff were smartly dressed. We were offered a paid upgrade to a suite with a beautiful view of the Taj Mahal. We were then shown to our suite by the gentalment at reception. The suite was fitted with a large oval bath, shower and toilet and a separate vanity toilet. Every thing was clean and tidy. Fully air conditioned and we were presented with a welcome gift of chocolates. All the staff were very helpful and provided us with extra bottles of water with no fuss. We ate on the Sky Deck which was located on the rooftop with a fabulous view of the Taj Mahal. The waiters and chef that were on that evening were very helpful but regrettably we can not remenmber their names. As we were the remaining guests on the rooftop we requested them to turn off the music so we could soak up the ambience of our surroundings. They brought over bug repelent incense around us but unfortunatley the bugs love me for breakfast, lunch and evening meal. So if you are like me please use extra spray. The Food was excellent in both the rooftop and at breakfast. This Hotel has a 5 start rating and very much deserves it. The surrounding area doesnt do it any favours but the hotel in our opinion was exceptional. "
