The location is a bit inconvenient, but the rooms facing Sakurajima are the best. I also love the jacuzzi.

Very good view against the Sakurajima island. Exceptional location. Parking fee is 1000 yen per night and it has a pretty big parking lot near the Lawson if the covered parking lot is full. Very good breakfast for about $27 two adults and two kids.

We were on the 10th floor looking toward Sakarajima Island. Wonderful view watching the ferrys come and go. Great breakfast and lunch buffet. Also, a high end Japanese restaurant. Lots of izakayas in walking distance. Ferry to the island is a 2000 yen cab ride. Comfortable beds spacious room.

Pool doesn't open until July, But hot tub is open until 10 pm. Recommend breakfast. It was great.

We stayed there 3 times already. We like the view from the window and spaciousness of the rooms. Convenience stores in front of the hotel. It takes 20-40 mins to get to the middle of city by bus (depends on the bus routes). Overall very good!

Overall, it was a good stay. Room was fairly clean, but some furnitures were a bit dusty. The view from the balcony was simply amazing and the laundromat was easy to find, convenient and not pricey. Some members of the staff were kind and helpful whereas others seem to hate their jobs. Would recommend for a short stay on a budget.

チェックイン時フロントに荷物を運ぶカートが無いから確認した際、愛想も無く説明が雑だった。トイレットペーパーの替えを頼むと部屋までは持ってきてくれず、フロントまで取りに来いと言われた。冷房の効きが悪く電話すると扇風機で対応してくれと言われた。

子供連れで宿泊しましたが、基本的にはスタッフのみなさん、掃除状況含め、かなり満足でした。桜島も見える綺麗な宿です。スパ利用が水着必須であることは注意事項などでもっとわかりやすく書いてほしいです。

ホテル内の駐車場はかなり空きスペースがあったと思われますが満車となっており、フロントで近くの駐車場を案内されました。 深夜2時頃より隣室の宿泊の方が窓を開け大声で笑ったり会話するなど不快で、そのうち落ち着くと我慢していましたが、30分以上経過しても止まらずフロントに連絡しました。 直ぐに空室を案内され、対応して頂きました。 チェックアウトの際、深夜の飛込利用で飲酒もしていた様子との説明を受けました。 利用者のマナーの悪さの問題でしたが、3時間程の睡眠のため、その後5時間以上の運転は流石に堪えました。 次は、希望欄の「静か」にチェックを入れようと思いました。 適切な対応には感謝しております。 コスパ的には良いので、また、機会があれば利用検討したいと思います。
