Everything was good, there was a shower/ bath, laundry machine with detergent, cooking utensils and so on. Only issue I had was small ants on the table. Everything under budget and no noise from neighbours.

Clean, simple and cozy style. The room size is big. Photo spot on the 5th floor has a great view. Location is good. There are a only few restaurants around the apartment but 1 minute to a Family mart convenience store and 2-3 minutes to Kagoshima station and a tram stop. The tram goes to downtown and Kagoshima Chuo station.

可以看到火車和市電經過, 室內舒適, 設備齊全, 只有一條街距離有便利店, 在後面街泊車的地方常常看到可愛的花貓, 唯獨沒有升降機比較不方便, 和火車經過時聲音比較大,

施設はリフォームがなされており非常に綺麗。景色も桜島を望むことができ、ロケーション最高。唯一残念なのは、鹿児島駅の近くで線路沿いであり、夜遅くまで電車の通過時の音がうるさいのみ。ただし、騒音があったとしてもそれを凌ぐ設備だったので、また鹿児島に行く際は利用したいと思います。

子供連れでの利用でした。 室内の照明が少し暗いように感じました。 駅のすぐ近くなので、踏切の音や電車の音がします。 子供達は、すごく喜んでいました。 初めてだった事もあり、チェックインまでの流れが少し分かりにくかったですが、また機会があったら利用したいです。

Great view and easy to navigate around the area. Train is pretty loud at night but you can't beat the location and the A/C during the heat of summer.

Great stay, nice view of the volcano from the room. supermarket within 5min walk for easy grocery shopping to cook Location is great but its close to the railway so the train noise might be an issue for some travellers (not for us though it is perfect)

夜まで空いてる飲食店はほとんど無い。ファミマでさつま揚げや鹿児島ラーメンなど地元の食品が買えるから、部屋で食べるのが良い。 エレベーターが無いので荷物が重い人、足腰が弱い人には向かない。しかし、そういうのを差し引いて桜島の景観は最高だと思う人に。
