PACIFIC 19 Kona
The room was great and nice view of the pool area. Excellent breeze with the sliding door open. Reception desk very helpful and awesome. All staff that I encountered was very polite and warmest greetings I’ve encountered in a very long time. Awesome place to stay.

Hilton Grand Vacations Club Ocean Tower Waikoloa Village
The room was not clean and appeared to need furniture replaced. Most staff were nice but some could not be bothered with inquiries.
