They pick up from the koumi line and drop you off at the cabin of your booking, which range from ones with outdoor tub(6 ft ish) to ones with a kitchen. "We loved our stay at the Spatio. We booked the traditional Japanese room which was very spacious and had a large living area that could be divided into a sleeping and living area. The room didn't have a shower, but there is an onsen on the first floor where you can shower."
