"Wonderful environment, friendly staff, great menu and healthy options. The concierge lady and the HR were exceptional .. just that check in wait took longer than expected but overall we enjoyed our stay."

"The room wasn't as shown in the picture. At first the staff asked me to cancel my booking and re-register at their rates, which was impossible to do via the Orbitz App. Then they finally gave me a room after much wrangling. Morning came by, I started to shower then the water was cut-off a minute into it. Totally frustrating exprerience!"

"The Victoria Comfort Inn is located within walking distance of Obunga and about a 10 min ride to downtown Kisumu. It has a nice conference area which is pleasant for local businss. The staff is superb! We had excellent service both at check in and during all of our meal service (which we ate there every night). It has an expansive menu and even has a small gym. Though the hotel is humble in structure, it's well kept and clean. Great value for the money!"
