3人で泊まりました。セミダブルベット2つにソファベットでした。お部屋は広く良かったです。欲を言えばソファベットのお布団も他のベットと同じにして頂けると嬉しかったです。朝食も種類がたくさんありとてもお得感がありました。古い建物のようですがさほど気にならず快適に過ごせました。駅近で食べ物屋さんもあり夜ご飯も困らなかったです。

駅から近いので、慣れない土地でも不安無く泊まれた。掛川花鳥園からも近く、疲れて帰ってすぐ着いたので良かった。 トイレとお風呂の流した時の音とガタツキがちょと気になった。

家族でジュニアスイートルームに1泊しました。やや古さも感じられ、駐車場が地下、平面とも狭かったですが、スタッフの方々はどなたも親切に対応してくださり、特にチェックイン1時間前に着いたにも関わらず準備ができていて入ることができました。朝食バイキングではお茶含めて地元のメニューがあり良かったです。

Staff perfect, handy to the JR line.

Amazing staff, very handy location. I have to give the bed and pillow 1/10. Very uncomfortable for me. If you like a very hard bed you’ll like it. Buffet breakfast was a good start to the day and a small but very handy laundry in the basement.

こちらでは煎茶を急須に入れて飲めます。ティーバッグや機械式が多い中で普段家庭で飲んでいるお茶と変わらないおいしい緑茶がお部屋で堪能できるのでさすが茶どころの掛川だと感心しました。また、お部屋の窓から遠くの富士山が見られたのでこちらも感動しました。目の前には掛川駅、花鳥園まで徒歩で行けます。

駅からも近くて便利です。ただ施設が少し古く、室内の電源が少なくて不便を感じました。 朝食はバイキングでしたので、美味しくいただきました。 特にオムレツや目玉焼きをその場で焼いていただけるので美味しかったですね。

The room was comfortable, spacious, and clean. It's conveniently located right next to the train station. The staff are very formal which seems to be the standard in Japanese hotels. The hotel itself is quite dated. Definitely felt like going back to the 90s but that wasn't a bad decade so no complaints there!

Not so Grand Hotel

This hotel was like a time warp. I first visited this hotel 15 years ago. The decor, facilities and and overall appearance haven't changed in this time. The bathroom leaked water all over the bathroom floor. The WiFi didn't work. The breakfast had a very limited choice. The only positive was the low cost. This hotel is in desperate need of modernisation or even just redecorating.
