"Amazing hotel with incredible staff, amenities, views, and food. Highly recommend and will be returning. The pool and beach were great, the grounds were well maintained, and the attention to detail was perfect. The staff were friendly and accommodating, in particular Peggy who made a lasting impression, she was incredible. Also the staff who served us breakfast and dinner were amazing, their service was impeccable. At the pool bar, Katarina was incredibly sweet and a highlight of our trip. We had a lovely stay, 5 stars for everything!"

"Great stay for us in August 2026.Staff were extremely helpful and special to George behind the bar. Only bug bear was the lifeguard at the pool, always late to open and early to close. Food amazing , always nice and clean hotel and staff 1st class. Would happily stay here again."

"Hotel Contessina is brilliant. An oasis of a hotel in what is a bustling resort town. Once inside the doors you could be anywhere in the world. The design of the renovated hotel is brilliant. Modern and sophisticated, and the planting is beautifully done. We enjoyed 2 weeks here, using it as a base to discover the island when we had a car for some of the time. The main pool area is lovely, but be warned, all of the pools are 1.4m deep with no shallow / deep ends."
