Sadly the staff walked into my room when I had paid for late check out. They knocked on the door and I spoke to say hello and they just walked in which I found unacceptable. They said I should be out of the room but that was incorrect. There was no apology. I felt treated like I was a criminal. Very poor and I have stayed at this hotel at least 5 times.

Det var generelt rigtig hyggeligt og dejligt. Men der var koldt på værelset og gangene. Også lidt øv at hele restauranten var fuldt så man ikke kunne nyde en kop kaffe og se udsigten fra kroen.
